We want you to be 100% happy with each and every product that you receive from Tagnspot! We take great pride in producing custom made products especially for you that look beautiful and will stand the test of time.
If you ever have a problem with any of our products, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help you.
Faulty products and all mistakes on our part will be rectified at no cost to you. This does not apply to design or spelling mistakes (i.e. misspelling of names, missing numbers, etc.) not noticed before finishing your order. Also a slight difference in color or background between the website illustrations or in brochures and the end product cannot be accepted as a cause for refund or exchange. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
Once your order finished, any requests cannot be taken into account to ensure production and dispatch of your order in 24h. We will however, happily work with you to find a solution! So please still get in touch.
